What is a good VM to use?

I recently just purchased a Mac laptop for college, and was wondering which VM I should get so I will be able to use supply crate. Any recommendations?

Keep in mind that I am on a college budget of right around $5 a month so I will be using Thepiratebay to download it!

    Thanks!

Why did you buy an overpriced Mac "Laptop" (#swag) when it reduces your budget to 5$ a month. q_q

Anyway - Virtual Machines are Free, I'd recommend either:
    Oracle VM VirtualBox
    or
    VMware Player

You'd just have to get an Operating system from somewhere.
Who do you think you are?

I hope that this "somewhere" isn't an illegal site that hosts lots and lots of files that you can get for free... :3

Good thing about being student of IT: You can legally buy most operating systems from a site...except that all of them sells for 0$ (Something like Student software discounts on the latest academic software exclusively for students, faculty, and staff! | OnTheHub or https://www.dreamspark.com/ depends on your school's deal)

For mac you will have to use parallels as the other two do not offer a software bundle for it.

Virtualization and Automation Solutions for Desktops, Servers, Hosting, SaaS - Parallels

Of course if you are already planning on obtaining it otherwise, go ahead.

I guess if you are a pirate and you happen to be in the bay you should get everything you need easily.
