Bots don't detect the puzzle pirates client

Hi,

I have an issue where the bots open but don't detect the client it just says that it's waiting for the puzzle to start...

I got rid of the ssl tls problem or whatever its called, I do have an issue where when I load the supply crate it says there's a php error idk if its linked to my issue..

I have the java 8 update 251

I tried downscaling and upscaling the display

I tried disabling the firewall / AV

So far none of the above has worked so if anyone knows how to help me, I'd greatly appreciate
