There are no more gunning bots. Not publicly at least. According to what I read in the past, to get it to the skill level it was at before would require a very fast mouse which would get you banned therefore not being developed anymore and the old ones outdated.

Will there ever be an update for Aeolus Rigging in which it will allow the user whether or not they would like to thrall?
It would be very useful in CI, it rarely gets thrall tokens.
