no you don't have to retype your auth code

the bots will be automaticly added (the one you bought / free ones) to your supply crate as they come out on manual versions

for now only the trident bot is out

I just disable the active scanner/firewall on my Anti-Virus protection. It used to not let me open any bots or tools and I found it quite annoying. I would recommend disabling it but what do I know - I could have a thousand Trojans waiting on my PC :/

False positive with your security system. Most small software distributors have this issue. It's nothing more than the antivirus seeing that we are software not commonly used and that we obfsucate our code (among other things like how we communicate to our servers) and they go UMG SUSPICIOUS BLOCK.
