I have what seems to be a common problem. It opens fine but won't detect Bilge when it's running.

I have not been able to select the 800 x 600 resolution recommended. The lowest setting available is 1024 x 768.

Any advice?

Because our bots connect to our server with your Supply Crate credentials & auth code upon execution to validate the launch. Some antiviruses falsely think that the bot is "stealing" the information by sending it to our server. You shouldnt be worried at all

As for the crashes, it shouldnt crash at all. Send me your Discord and ill assist you!

Should work with Steam, but some users reported it only works with their standalone client.

At the top left banner on this website there is an area called "Bots", it will redirect you to the bots sale page. You should also get Aethyr instead of Aeolus, as its the more powerful rigging bot.
Upon purchase you'll receive an auth key in your email. You'll need to enter that code in your Supply Crate (a program that you download at the upper area too) after logging in.

If you run into any technical issues running the bots or have any questions in general let me know, feel free to send me a PM!

Ive come back to YPP and oceanus isnt working, itll load up etc but is always saying "waiting for bilge to start" even when i've started and clicked on the puzzle a couple of times to see if it'll jumpstart! help!
