    Refund

    Hey, so I bought Cards on Fire, but it turned out not to be what I was looking for. I sent Face a pm with all my transaction details to get a refund a couple hours back but still haven't got a response. So now I was wondering if there's something else I need to do to get a refund? I just bought the bot today.

    Alright, I don't mean to rush. Just that I know that there's a 24 hour refund policy and I don't want to miss the deadline. Thanks

    The 24 hour policy means that you have 24 hours to contact face in some manner. If the time stamp on the PM says you sent it within 24 hours, then you will be fine. Face is a busy man, but he will get you the refund, since you sent the PM in time.

    Just a tip: maybe you can try to get VIP first, that way you can test out some (NOT ALL) of the bots, then you can purchase the ones you like.
