    Issues

    Hey i purchased the Trident Bilge bot and it said the people are processing my order and then three minutes later it said it couldnt go through at the time in another email but i never got my $20 back on my Mastercard. So i sent a email to the problems and concerns link in the email they first sent me and they said wait 1 business day and its been 3 days. I've already bought 2 bots from this site and they are amazing.

    Call plimus customer service, if that fails, call your CC company and tell them to charge it back and give them your story of what happened.

    We don't have your money. otherwise you'd have the bot. Which is why I suggested you contact plimus. You can PM me the e-mail you used and I'll run a check to see if we got it or not.
    But I doubt we did, as I haven't got a notification for it.
