    Bots not displaying after purchase

    Hey, i recently purchased 2 bots and added them to my bot-supply account using the auth code, i have just reinstalled windows on my SSD and reinstalled the supply crate - logged into the account and neither of the bots are still there, ive tried to re-input the auth codes but they display as invalid.

    If i could get some help asap would be great, or i will have to refund the transaction which i don't want to do.

    I have the same problem! I have lost Spools Of Silk Patching. After installing Windows 10.....

    Currently having the same problem i am not recieveing any auth code i have sent to the Admin email address through hotmail already including the invoice of my payment to oceanic

    please help solve the problem. (dont see any auth code)
