Problem with supply crate in correlation with Gunning bot

hey I'm new here and this issue has probably been covered but anyway.

supply crate works normally, the Balls of Steel gunning bot crashes which I've read is normal when suddenly i am unable to reopen the bot. when i try to close then reopen supply crate it tells me the server is down -_- This cant be an internet problem as my internet is working fine. please help me

Iv had this problem sort of aswell, when I use the bot, I get a messege say bos has stopped working close now, I can open it again though but it does do this on a regular basis.
