    Eset is the antivirus I use. I would find it odd that it would infected your bios to continue on even after you factory reset, are you sure you did a full reset and not just a restore to previous backup? Those CAN be infected. A reformat, not really as likely to be. And considering you were saying you started your windows trip with opening chrome, I think you restoring a backup is more likely than you doing a factory reset.

    Only problem with ESET is that it blocks cu.cc domains, so yeah... Just have to disable web browsing protection for a few minutes.
