    Window 10 desktop.

Is it possible to bot using multiple accounts with window 10? I'm aware you can create multiple desktop but how about the mouse movement? Is it shared between desktops?

Get VMware or Oracle and then use an .iso of an Operating System to install it on your Virtual Machine.

    https://www.virtualbox.org/

Download a MSDN ISO of windows.

Hope you got enough RAM and good cpu, windows sucks lot of resources.

Do not use vmware. It's shit >.>
The only difference between virtualbox and vmware is that virtualbox doesnt get direct access to your GPU so trying to virtualize desktop linux on windows, it kinda not work and there's no image. (again it depends of many things, but most of the time, it wont be able to access it)
Vmware does, but, uses more resources than virtualbox. From my tests, not having a good pc, virtualbox will be your best friend.

Hence the mention a good rig I suggest like 16 gigs of ram and a 3 ghz quad core at least graphics shouldn't matter you could use windows or linux I suppose if all the software is compatible.
