    VampMarket - Workout Program

    Are you tired of being flabby or sick of being nothing but bones? Well I would like to offer my one of a kind workout program. There are millions of programs out there, maybe some that are 10x better than mine made by professionals using exact measurements, etc. But I promise you one thing, my program works. It's made for the athletic type person, ideally a football player. It has allowed me to achieve #1 in my state for tackles so far in the season. I'm not going to go into much detail, other than you need to put in the work and have a good diet if you try this out. Just buying this won't change you one bit. You also need to be persistent, you will only start to see results after 2 weeks, the first two weeks are just getting you fit enough to handle the next 7 weeks.     Not Yet I wish though. I started the summer at 15% body fat, and 180. I am now 185 and 11%. I just need to maintain for the season, after the season I will get to 5-8% and try to get to 190-210 pounds. Then hopefully College football.

    If you could PM me a link with this so I can verify it that would be great. Generally people selling guides are extremely fishy and we need to make sure it's more detailed then something like "lolol get off the computer fatass and hit a gym"
