Trident Bilge not opening

Hi, my Trident Bilge does not open when I select it. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it?

Does any error message or anything come up?
Has it worked before?

Yes I used to use it all the time I even had Poseidon but it isn't on my list anymore for some reason, and no no message appears it just doesn't even open. But my Aelous does so I'm not sure.
