Slow as all hell mouse speed

Hello my laptop doesnt seem to enjoy running the bots all the time. I've gotten aethyr, oceanius, etc to run smoothly before but now the mouse speed is utterly in the toilet. And it also cannot auto complete the Blacksmithing puzzle anymore. Any ideas what to do?

My laptop is also a touch screen and i dont have a mouse plugged in. I'm wondering if this is an issue?
