Old auth codes not working

As the title suggest I can not get my old auth codes to work. Supply crate simply states they are invalid.

I have previously bought the following bots.
Aeolus Rigger
Posidon bilger
Dreaming in sprinkles

I am unsure what to do about the issue so Im asking all of you for help.

Did you redeem them on your account?

If you did, they should be there.
If they somehow should've disappeared then send me the transaction details in a personal message to verify you actually bought them.
