Bot-Supply wont open

I have problem BS not opening. My OS is WIN 8.1. I have latest JAVA and NET.Framework installed, anti is off . When extract and trying to open have pop that supply-crate has stopped working. But when i run the exe file in RAR its opening dont pop error messages.. any ideas ?

Fixed, i read older posts about win 8.1 users .. i just extract BS on desktop.
