Fix the sf tool please

As it was such a nice gift to the community for thw october bot-a-thon, i request that after 3 months the wrong ptterns with yellow falchs amongst many others geta fixed.

If you want it fixed, grab the patterns and send them in. I tried doing it for some swords, but it's a huge pain in the ass.

I sfed some using it , and the patterns are correct in the actual code..something is wrong with the color it detects
