Problem with Poseidon :/

Hey everyone ! So I bought the Poseidon bilge bot earlier, i can open it and use it but after a short while it shuts down. Why is that ?

Please note: I am using it on Bootcamp windows 7

Heya, I'll try and puzzle (hah) this out with you.

To start off, are you getting any error messages when the bot shuts down, or is it just sort of poofing away?

it's just "poofing" away oh and i forgot to mention i am using hotspot shield maybe that doesnt help ?

Hotspot shield is notoriously bad, so that could ABSOLUTELY be what's causing the trouble. Try running without that, if you can.

Well in that case, a better VPN may solve the problem. While our products will work over VPN, we don't guarantee that they will work as well as if you were directly connecting.

cant seem to find one that works properly.. i'm looking for a free one and they are either limited, or very laggy or both guess i'll just stick to hotspot

Hm. It may end up just fixing itself. Hopefully Hotspot Shield will improve at some point. Not really holding out hope, though.

Turns out i deleted and reinstallled the supply crate and it works now so it's all good ! thanks again

lol i'm back :/ somehow the bot on manual clicks out of the window from time to time so i have to double click to do a combo and what not
